100% SHG Arabica coffee beans from the Copan. El Paraiso, Yoro. At this altitude the lower temperature produces a slower maturing fruit and a denser bean, which is considered more desirable.
Roaster’s Notes
This is a fully washed and clean coffee. The slow roast allows for full flavour development. In the cup you can expect to experience a pleasant acidity of a citrus nature and a lower body as a result. The espresso roast provides a complex espresso with stone fruit layers and a smooth finish, you can expect high tactile sweetness with a pleasant acidity. A coffee blossom aroma with a slight cedar-like finish on the palate can be experienced when brewed as a pour over or filter coffee using 55g per 1l of water.
